Blayne's Inc was created with a clear purpose - to breakdown the barriers of  unemployment and underemployment among Indigenous people within Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Growing up in environments where survival was the focus and dreams felt out of reach, many of us were taught to settle, stay quiet an be grateful for whatever came our way.  At Blayne's Inc, we believe it's time to rewrite that story.  We don't just offer jobs, we offer opportunities to grow, heal and rise.

We know that many Indigenous people carry many hidden talents, skills and abilities that have been buried by struggles, environment and systematic barriers. Blayne's Inc is a company that builds on those strengths. We see potential where others' overlook it.  We've seen firsthand how lives can change when poeple are given the chance to shine - and we've been honoured to walk alonside for those who have done just that.

Founder Blaine Campbell brings her natural gifts of insight, connection and healing into the heart of th company. Through authentic relationships and hands on support, she helps team members get to the root of what exactly is holding them back-and helps them find the confidence and courage to believe in themselves again.

Our training and onboarding is designed to cut through the noise and focus on real growth. We understand that many barriers are not your fault - and we are here to help you move past them. 

​

While we currently offer limited employment, we are growing fast and we are building a training facility to welcome new staff and provide space for continuous development.
